By accessing or using GraftLabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and GraftLabs AI Ltd.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our service, business, or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of GraftLabs following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The version date at the top of this page reflects when these terms were last updated.

2. The service

GraftLabs provides an AI-powered business advisory platform for founders and business owners. The platform includes AI chat, document storage, peer input tools, and reflection features. Access is by invitation or approved subscription only.

3. Not professional advice

The AI responses and content provided by GraftLabs are for informational and strategic thinking purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, accounting, or regulated professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions with legal or financial consequences.

4. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account with others.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Use the platform to harm, harass, or deceive others

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to GraftLabs (documents, messages, notes). You grant GraftLabs a limited licence to process and store this content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

7. AI limitations

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. GraftLabs does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated response. You should independently verify any important information before acting on it.

8. Subscription and payment

Access to GraftLabs is subject to payment of the applicable subscription fee. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraftLabs AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting hello@graftlabs.uk.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Your continued use of GraftLabs after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
